These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the 33ck platform and any person using 33ck's services ("User" or "you"). By accessing or using the 33ck website or any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1 General Terms
33ck is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to the entire platform and all of its services.
1.1 Definition of Services
"Services" refers to the 33ck website, its mobile-optimized version, and all games, betting options, payment features, and customer support available on it.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on the platform, logging into the service, or playing any game, you automatically declare that you accept these Terms in full. These Terms are published in Bengali and the Bengali version is the final and legally binding version.
1.3 Changes to Terms
33ck may amend these Terms at any time. The first time you log in after any change, you will be given the opportunity to review the updated Terms. Continuing to use the platform after the updated Terms have been published indicates that you have agreed to the new terms.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use the services at 33ck. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 33ck may request the necessary documents to verify your age at any time and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account until verification is complete.
2.2 Legal Eligibility
To use the services, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a legally competent individual.
- You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- You may operate only one account.
2.3 Restricted Persons
Officers, employees, contractors of 33ck, and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets or play games on this platform. Additionally, individuals who have enrolled in a self-exclusion program are also required to refrain from using the platform.
3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration
Creating a personal account is mandatory to use the services at 33ck. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If 33ck detects multiple accounts, all related accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned will be forfeited.
3.3 Password Security
The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the 33ck support team immediately. 33ck is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
33ck follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure secure transactions. Before a withdrawal request or upon exceeding certain limits, you may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID or passport, proof of your bank account or mobile wallet, and any other required documents. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account will be suspended.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are supported at 33ck:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
- Nagad — Mobile financial service of the Postal Department
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if a KYC verification is pending.
4.4 Withdrawal Terms
- The account name and payment method name must match at the time of withdrawal — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for the bonus have been fully met.
- If the source of funds appears suspicious, 33ck may request additional verification.
4.5 Currency
All transactions at 33ck are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
33ck offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳14,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies, resulting in a total balance of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only and not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = bonus winnings become withdrawable after ৳30,000 in bets have been completed.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotional offer may have its own detailed terms, which will be stated on the offer page.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- Claiming a bonus more than once by the same person, household, address, or IP address is prohibited.
- If bonus abuse is proven, 33ck reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
- 33ck reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
5.4 VIP Program
33ck's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
VIP tier progression depends on your play history. 33ck reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
All games available at 33ck are operated by third-party software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and do not follow any predetermined pattern.
6.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows you to bet on a variety of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, and kabaddi. Market types and rules are displayed separately for each event. Bet acceptance is at 33ck's discretion.
6.3 Cancelled or Suspended Events
If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bets will be considered void in accordance with standard rules and the staked amount will be refunded. However, bets that have already been settled will not be reconsidered.
6.4 Technical Errors
If a software fault or technical issue causes an abnormal outcome, 33ck reserves the right to void the relevant game session and refund the bets. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error will be considered invalid.
6.5 Fair Play Policy
33ck believes in fair play and maintains advanced security measures including SSL encryption. Using automated bots, AI, or any program to play games is strictly prohibited.
7 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or a third party.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Abusing the bonus system ("bonus hunting" or "bonus washing").
- Collusion (a pre-arranged agreement between two or more players).
- Using automated software, bots, or algorithms.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financial crimes.
- Registering with a false identity or forged documents.
- Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to defraud other users of the platform.
- Using any technical method that could harm 33ck's systems or its users.
8 Responsible Gaming

8.2 Self-Exclusion Feature
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can contact our support team to request a self-exclusion. After making this request, your account will be locked for a specified period or permanently.
8.3 Setting Deposit Limits
Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for themselves. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit may take some time to come into effect.

9 Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership

9.2 Limited License
33ck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes beyond this permission is prohibited.
9.3 User Content

10 Limitation of Liability

33ck strives to ensure uninterrupted service; however, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or uncontrollable technical reasons. Where possible, advance notice will be given in such situations.
10.2 Disclaimer of Liability
33ck is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, third-party software failures, internet disconnection, or issues with the user's own device. Gaming losses — that is, lost bets — are not compensable under any circumstances.

33ck uses the services of third-party game providers and payment processors. 33ck is not fully responsible for the quality or availability of these services.
11 Account Closure & Suspension
11.1 Closure by 33ck
33ck may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification.
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
11.2 Closure by User
You can request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure (subject to conditions being met).
11.3 Balance Settlement
If an account is closed due to a breach of the terms and conditions, the balance may be forfeited where applicable. However, for legitimate account closures where KYC has been properly completed, the valid real-money balance will be returned.
12 Dispute Resolution
12.1 Filing a Complaint
If you have a complaint about any matter, please first contact 33ck's support team. When filing a complaint, provide your account details, the relevant transaction details, and a clear description of the issue.
12.2 Resolution Process
Upon receiving a complaint, 33ck will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. This decision will be considered final and binding on both parties.
12.3 Chargeback Policy
Filing an unjustified chargeback claim with a bank or payment provider is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such a claim is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Detailed information on how your personal data is collected, stored, and used can be found in our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions. By using the platform, you are also giving your consent to the Privacy Policy.
33ck uses SSL encryption and internationally standardised security measures to protect your data. Personal information is not sold to third parties — however, it may be shared with relevant authorities in cases of legal obligation or fraud prevention.
